Birth & Baptismal Records
Start with the Diocese of Naval Parish Registers (1818–1978) on FamilySearch. These cover Catholic baptismal records for all of Biliran Island. The earliest Palconit record (Iscolastica Palconet, 1851) was found here. Also check Spanish-period civil registration (1706–1911) and indexed Philippine civil registration (1888–1996) on FamilySearch.
Marriage Records
The Diocese of Naval Parish Registers also contain marriage records through 1978. For post-1978 records, check the Philippine Statistics Authority civil registration system. Ancestry.com holds some indexed Philippine marriage records within their 3,000+ census record collection.
